Any item purchased directly on this website is subject to our return policy. Any object or piece of clothing or commercial product from cruelty.us that is purchased outside of cruelty.us is exempt from this policy. All items can be returned if shipped back to the return address on the package within thirty days and within reason. In order to send for a refund first send a email to askcruelty@gmail.com with details on defect including a photo, or discussion of other issue with item, or a refund is non applicable. Reasonable refund's include for reasons of wrong sizing, not liking the fit or not liking the product in general. Also clothing defects If there is damage to the garment not found when shipped out it will not be refunded. If a item is damaged and sent to be refunded, the sender will be charged the shipping fee and be sent back the item.
