Return Policy

Our return policy is as follows. Any item purchased on this website is subject to our return policy, any object or piece of clothing or commercial product from cruelty.us that is purchased outside of cruelty.us is exempt from this policy. All items can be returned if shipped back to the return address on the package within thirty days and given a reasonable reason. In order to send for a refund first send a email to askcruelt@gmail.com or a refund is non applicable. Reasonable refund's include for reasons of wrong sizing, not liking the fit or not liking the product in general. If there is damage to the garment not found when shipped out it will not be refunded. If a item is damaged and sent to be refunded, the sender will be charged the shipping fee and be sent back the item. If you have any questions or would like to refund an item I would suggest contacting us first.
